Shipping Policy
Velvet Pulse is prepared for US-first sales. Shipping options, duties, and taxes are confirmed at checkout when enabled by the store owner.
Processing and delivery time
- Order processing: usually 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated US delivery: usually 5-12 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery, where available: usually 7-21 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery time may change because of customs review, carrier delay, holidays, remote areas, product size, or compliance checks.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship adult products to countries or regions where adult products are prohibited or materially restricted by local law, religious-law rules, customs rules, carrier rules, or payment-provider rules.
This includes countries applying strict Islamic-law or local adult-product restrictions, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Bahrain, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Maldives, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

Customers must be 18+ and must confirm that the product is legal to import, possess, and use in their destination. Velvet Pulse does not sell adult dolls under 140 cm in height.
