Return request window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Return eligibility depends on hygiene condition, product condition, destination rules, and whether the product has been opened or used.
Unopened products
Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within the 14-day return window. Customers must contact support before sending anything back.
Opened or used products
Opened or used intimate products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged on arrival, or required by applicable consumer law.
Return review and refund timing
After an eligible returned item is received, we usually inspect and process the return within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds usually reach the original payment account within 7 business days after approval, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
