How old do I need to be?
You must be 18+ to browse or buy from Velvet Pulse.
Is packaging discreet?
Plain outer packaging is used where available. Customs labels may vary by destination and carrier rules.
Do you ship everywhere?
No. We do not ship adult products to destinations where adult products are prohibited or materially restricted, including strict Islamic-law jurisdictions listed in the Shipping Policy.
Can I return a product?
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable unless faulty, damaged, or required by law.
Do you sell dolls under 140 cm?
No. Velvet Pulse does not sell adult dolls under 140 cm in height.
