Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after delivery unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or applicable law gives a longer mandatory period.
Approved refunds
Once an eligible return or refund request is approved, Velvet Pulse usually processes the refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and usually reach the original payment account within 7 business days after approval.
Non-refundable situations
Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products are not refundable unless faulty, damaged on arrival, or required by law. Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancelled or restricted orders
Orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the destination may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.
退款政策
退款申请须在签收后 14 个自然日内提交，除非商品存在故障、到货损坏，或适用法律要求更长期限。
已批准退款
符合条件的退货或退款申请批准后，Velvet Pulse 通常会在 3-5 个工作日内处理退款。退款会尽量退回原支付方式，并通常在批准后 7 个工作日内到达原支付账户。
不可退款情形
已打开或已使用的卫生敏感商品通常不可退款，除非存在故障、到货损坏，或法律另有要求。运费、关税、税费和海关费用可能不可退，除非法律要求。
取消或受限订单
无法合法或安全发往目的地的订单，可能会在发货前取消并退款。
